Our certified Trainings
The initiation through the master's meditation will attune you to the source of healing power.
If you wish to dive deep into the world of holistic well-being, learn to channel Reiki healing energy or deepen your healing abilities, we have certified Usui/HF® Reiki programs for all levels.
From foundational Level 1 techniques to advanced Master degree, each program provides the tools, spiritual guidance, and practical experience needed to elevate your energetic signature and facilitate profound healing for yourself and others.
You will gain the necessary skills, guidance and transmission to become a Reiki practitioner, develop your psychic abilities, intuition and many more to become a Reiki healer.
Trainings take place over one or two days on weekends and are taught online or in person in Sharm el Sheikh. Reach out to discuss available dates.
Any lineage is welcome. Refresher courses are also available.
Reiki lelvel I (shoden) , Level II (okuden), Master level (Shinpiden)
Begin your journey with Reiki Level I (Shoden), establishing a firm foundation in the art of self-healing and personal energy cultivation.
Progress to Reiki Level II (Okuden) to expand your abilities with sacred symbols, distance healing, and advanced techniques as well as understanding of energetic timelines, fields, meeting with guides and many more. Level 1 & 2 are also taught together during a weekend intensive.
Finally, after minimum of 6 months of practice, you're eligible to take the Master Level (Shinpiden). It invites you into a deeper spiritual practice and the path of teaching, empowering you to share this wisdom with the others.

- Standard hand positions for a complete self-healing session

- Energy body anatomy: Chakras and Auric field
- First level placements (attunements)
- Healing practices
Level 2 intermediate
- Introduction to Sacred Reiki Symbols
- Learn to give a complete Reiki session to others
- Distance healing techniques and protocols
- Advanced techniques: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed, Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Kenyoku - dry bathing/ clearing one's energy field.

Level 3 Mastery
- Increase your Reiki energy by receiving the Master placement (attunement) that empowers the Usui Master Symbol
- Learn and practice the Usui Master Symbol and Holy Fire®
- Instructions on how to give Reiki placements, teaching all levels , promoting and developing your Reiki business
- Receive of total four ignitions (same as attunements) and Holy Fire experiences
- Making and charging the Reiki Crystal grid
Certification & Lineage
Upon completion, you receive certification recognized in the Usui-Rand tradition. Shinren Liliane is a 6th generation Reiki Master from Usui-Rand lineage. As an ordained Bodhisattva in the Deshimaru-Kosen Zen lineage, she integrates spiritual discipline with practical healing mastery, ensuring your credentials carry both technical excellence and sacred depth.
